Have not used product yet, but customer service experience was very frustrating. Had multiple emails just ignored about my order, called customer service and they said they had received them but were just waiting to discuss with the boss and would get back to me next day, never did.
It makes the impossible job possible. Removing paint is tedious and extremely time consuming. I’ve tried various paint strippers and traditional heat guns and by far this is the most efficient and effective way of removing paint, especially if you have a lot to do (trim, doors, window, etc.)
We ordered our heat gun and it arrived promptly. I had used one before in a woodworking class and it’s an awesome tool for stripping.

After spending hours stripping layers of paint off a old panel door using a heat gun, I decided to purchase this infared paint stripper. I have many other paint stripping projects and decided to give the eco-strip a try. Wow, works great and fairly quickly. I would recommend this product. I don't know if you can get it in a bigger size to cover more area at one time, but, for me the one I have has been fine.
