I have been with Eco-Smart for 15 years and have been very pleased with the service Zak and his team provide. There has been emergency situations which they promptly resolved. Our weekly maintenance in Aledo is performed by Mark who is a great guy, always in a good mood, and very professional.
The entire staff at Eco-Smart Pools are great! Ethan is our weekly pool service tech and has been outstanding. He is on time and gets the report out very quickly about the service and water condition and what chemicals were added. We have an older pool and have had a couple of small repairs on the equipment. Kurt has taken great care of us and done a fantastic job on the repairs. Always get great directions on how to maintain my pool. Highly recommend using this local Company for your pool service needs over National Brands.
Update: I had an issue with my main pump, and their guy came out and reset it. They assumed it was fixed, and I wasn't there to tell him that we had already done that several times, but it still would stop and show an error. When I called the next day or so, to let them know that it wasn't fixed, they referred me to someone else. I asked that since they didn't actually fix anything, and their office was less than 7 miles away, that they considered refunding the $200 charge since no service was actually provided.
