Update: I had an issue with my main pump, and their guy came out and reset it. They assumed it was fixed, and I wasn't there to tell him that we had already done that several times, but it still would stop and show an error. When I called the next day or so, to let them know that it wasn't fixed, they referred me to someone else. I asked that since they didn't actually fix anything, and their office was less than 7 miles away, that they considered refunding the $200 charge since no service was actually provided. Zac and his team at Eco-Smart Pools did an outstanding job bringing our old 1965 pool back to life. It hadn’t been properly maintained in a long time, had leaks from unknown sources and various broken parts. They very carefully fixed one thing at a time, testing to see if that was all that was needed, keeping costs to a minimum.
