When I was shopping around for a landscaper, I wasn't simply looking for someone who can give cheap pricing, but one who can get things done right. Tin and his crew knew exactly what they were doing, didn't cut corners in any way, and took their time and effort to make sure that things were done correctly. When issues arose, we had very honest and open discussions. Of course, I am very satisfied with the end result, too.

We requested repairs to a broken front step, a wooden gate at the front side of the house and to replace some boards and repairs to a railing on the back deck all due to aging. Lastly a retaining wall at the front of the house. What we got was a total new wooden front steps with aluminum railing. A beautiful retaining wall and a solid side gate. We were lucky to have found EcoSmart after our previous lawn care provider retired! For the past few years we have had EcoSmart take care of our yard in the summer and our walks in the winter. No matter the weather they were reliably there to mow the lawn, or shovel and sand the walks. Last summer they did a new stone driveway and patio for us and even regraded our backyard so that water drained away from the house. 0/5 stars. Continuous problems with this company. Use them if you want to keep having to fix their mistakes. They have no clue what they’re doing. Can’t follow city guidelines and specifications. Screwed my neighbour too! Unbelievable. When you contact them regarding their mistakes, they try to blame you! Don’t waste your time with these people, and use a proper landscaping company.

I wouldnt trust Tin Tran or his crew to build me a doghouse let alone another fence or deck. This company gave me multiple compliance issues with the city of Edmonton- avoid this contractor
