We purchased some inventory stock windows for our Reno. When we got to putting the windows in there was no hardware/ handles that came with the windows. After several goes at getting in contact and trying to get the handles for the windows only to be told that was something they could not do and that handles for windows come with the windows ( they did not ) I went to store and was very disappointed with the service and lack of interest in my business.
