I contacted the Gas Company for help. Eco was who they sent. The guy who came out was rude, condescending & overbearing. He argued over several things, insisted on info I didn't want to provide. Retained personal information that had no bearing on the services I requested. This was just the intake guy. He took pictures & snooped around outside. No work was going to be done outside. New furnace and thermostat installed a year ago. It has been a nightmare trying to stay warm last December and this December. I was supposed to be saving energy and money but I have had bills 300% higher. I wish I had my old heater. It didn't always work, but I was able to stay warm when it did. :'(
Weird scam phone calls. Rude company.
