New furnace and thermostat installed a year ago. It has been a nightmare trying to stay warm last December and this December. I was supposed to be saving energy and money but I have had bills 300% higher. I wish I had my old heater. It didn't always work, but I was able to stay warm when it did. :'(
Weird scam phone calls. Rude company.
