Eran showed up on time and was extremely friendly and explained everything step by step. He used a drone to look at my roof and then gave me two estimates for replacement. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost as I had a partial repair that cost almost as much. They claim to offer a 10-year warranty, but when I needed them to honor it after a minor issue, they ghosted me. No callbacks, no support, nothing. It’s just a marketing gimmick to lure you in. Don’t fall for it like I did.
