Ecopro supplied and installed heat pump and replaced hot water tank in my house. It is obvious that they do this all the time and everyone from sales to installations to service know what they are suppose to do. They were good in answering questions and help with the Fortis rebate. I recommend them for replacing existing furnace to heat pumps.

Ecopro did a good job installing our furnace and heat pump. the installers were polite and efficient. The job was done on time and they left the place clean. Most likely would have given a 5 star rating, but I attest the notion that they propose to BUY a 5 star rating for $50.00, that is very poor.

Excellent service from beginning to end. We put in a dual furnace/heat pump and it was a pleasure working with all their staff, super friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend going with Eco Pro!
