I couldn't ask for a better company to provide such a professional and efficient way to give the desired outcome that this service has done. Eric is a very knowledgeable person in his field and went over every single detail of every step that he was going to take and even showed me while he was doing it. Eric is amazing! We had a gross smell coming from a wall in our basement and called eco pest. Eric was over the same day. He quickly identified that the problem was a dead mouse. He did a through assessment of our entire home, inside and out, and was able to identify where the mouse got in from and fixed the area to avoid any future issues. Eric and Jose did an amazing job. We had a super stinky and disgusting crawl space after a possum and racoon made it their home. Eric's team disinfected and cleaned our crawl space. It smells great and is an awesome storage

Eric promises to return free of charge if activity persists. He only came out once more after the initial service. This follow up visit already comes included with the service. I have reached out to him multiple times via message and call to notify him that activity persists, but it has been impossible to get a hold of him or receive a call back.
