Shane was personable and professional, meeting our scheduling needs. The communication was perfect, always letting us know what the next step was and what the timeframe would be. He and his crew left the work area spotless, and sent pictures and video when the work was complete. We would highly recommend Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors!
EDIT: Have since used Shane and the team's services two more times to replace the rest of the windows in the house, as well as to replace an old sliding door with a beautiful new fixed window looking into the back yard. I received quotes from five reputable window and door installers and Shane provided the highest quality product at the best price point. Communication was great. Workers were fast and provided a quality custom installation with zero damage or mess left behind. They would be my first call for any future work in Ottawa.
Thank you Shane, Johnathan and team for great advice in selecting windows, timely, clean and detailed installation and great overall experience at a very reasonable cost. The KV windows are great, and when installed by Eco Ottawa team, they look and perform very well. I would highly recommend Eco Ottawa Windows and Doors for all windows and door needs.
