These guys were amazing. They responded very quickly to our enquiry and were quick to assess everything. Then the installation was booked in fast and installers were very good and the whole process went very smoothly from start to finish, with no issues. They were also very good to deal with, their whole team Darsh, Insith and the installers were amazing and did really well on the work. Highly recommended and will use them for future work.
Overall I am happy with Eco-origin customer service, price, and installment team. After installation (4 indoor unit and 1 outdoor units), the air-condition function quite well. However, two point I was a bit confuse. 1:when installation team arrive, they did not get full information from Eco-origin. I recommend Eco origin, especially Sarah was very helpful and setup the delivery and installation within a week she organized everything and the job done. I’m very excited today I have installed 5 head units and a compressor split system in my place. The installers Sundar Uttam and Ashim was very experienced very kind and respectful, they answered on my lots of questions I asked to them, and explain everything to me. They done very good job very responsible, and clean job.
Good service! EcoOrigin team has installed four AC units efficiently and professionally. They were easy to communicate with and punctual with their time.
Overall I am happy with my Media aircon installation (6+2 units). The installation staff were friendly and competent, although they initially weren't sure how to install the aircons as agreed with the salesman they worked it out. I had to clean up the boxes, packaging, a wood pallet, and drilling dust. Thank you EcoOrigin.
