Saul and Edson arrived on time, got to work quickly and did an absolutely fantastic job. They cleaned my carpet, an area rug and my porcelain tile in my kitchen, entry way and 2 bathrooms. They were efficient and thorough. Eco-Organic Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Additionally, Ari, who I spoke with several times, was very responsive to all my inquiries. She's knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. Thank you, Eco-Organic!
I really liked the idea of this being organic, but I am not sure if it was right for us. Our carpet feels like it is oily and has a residue now. Maybe I needed more intense cleaners, but I dont want to get the rugs cleaned too frequently or pay again, but I am not happy with the outcome. The person who cleaned our rugs was very nice though, so I want to acknowledge that.
Was told the company was coming to give me an estimate. The technicians came to the my property and began working without giving us a price and demanded payment?? How do I pay if I was never given a price? These people will try to suck money out of you. Must be a slow season for them
