I had an amazing experience with Eco-Organic Carpet Cleaning! My rug was in terrible shape after being moved in a U-Haul and had several stubborn stains, but they brought it back looking brand new. The team was quick to respond, friendly, and very professional. Highly appreciate their service!

It’s been 9 weeks since they picked up my rugs for cleaning, and I was told they’d be returned within a week. Since then, nothing. No updates, no accountability, no rugs. I’ve called multiple times and keep hearing “we’ll return it soon,” but it never happens. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or expect basic communication, look elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! Especially with Saul and Edson. The rugs came back very clean and the delivery was great! They came right at the time they said they would and were able to help move furniture to put the rugs back in place. They went above and beyond and were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend!

The worst experience i have ever had with any carpet cleaning company..They picked the carpet up right away and collected my money...but everything after that was absolutely horrible...When they finally return my area rug it was still super dirty after having it almost a extra week ...The customer service seems absolutely clueless and the technician who return My rug was on unapologetically rude ,and the owner that lied and promised us that someone was coming back out to clean it which they never came or called ...They took ... read more
