very rude wont return calls soyou have to drive way out of town to learn the dr is on maternity leave
Before making my appointment I verified with the receptionist that it would be possible for me to get one while on my lunch hour. She assured me it wouldn't take longer than 30mins so I made the appointment. When she called to confirm my insurance I asked again and she assured me once more that I would be in and out in 30mins. When I got there before checking in I asked AGAIN that it was still going to be a 30mins appointment because there were 4 other customers waiting and she said YES.
