In early March my scooter got a flat. I contacted Eco and was immediately assisted by Doug. I brought my tire in and unfortunately it was beyond repair. After an exhaustive search for an inner tube we were finally able to find it. I ended up getting two. While waiting I was offered a loner scooter at no cost. Today I picked up my tire and returned the loaner. I have nothing but thanks and great appreciation to the staff that assisted me.
