In early March my scooter got a flat. I contacted Eco and was immediately assisted by Doug. I brought my tire in and unfortunately it was beyond repair. After an exhaustive search for an inner tube we were finally able to find it. I ended up getting two. While waiting I was offered a loner scooter at no cost. Today I picked up my tire and returned the loaner. I have nothing but thanks and great appreciation to the staff that assisted me. Byron at ECO medical has offered excellent service at no charge to transport my ECO scooter {purchased three years ago} from Shaughnessy way over to Signal Hill area in Calgary Southwest at no expense to me. This type of service deserves highest respect for customer service.
