Manuel wheelchair staff, Stephanie and Maddy, provided excellent client-centred service. Stephanie was knowledgeable in explaining the issues and the process for fixing them. Both were welcoming friendly and customer focused. We appreciate being seen in such a timely fashion. Thank you.
It is incredibly hard to reach people. No one ever calls back. Waiting over 6 months for a grow package for a wheelchair is ridiculous. After 8 years of purchasing medical equipment here, I think is it time for me to go with a different vendor. One with actual customer service. This is peoples mobility you're messing with. If the parts arrived almost 2 months, you told my PT you would call to book an appointment, I have now called 3 times. What is your problem? Seriously. So done.
Eco Medical ordered the wrong castors for a wheelchair and then reordered correct, but only a single castor. Who replaces one castor? Months waiting for simple parts, very disappointed.
Recently, I had this company's assistance with attaching an adaptive driving gadget to my vehicle's steering wheel, so that I can safely and comfortably maintain my driving independence while living with chronic nerve pain. The entire process from the first phone call to ask questions and schedule an appointment, right down to the morning that my gadget was certifiably installed on my steering wheel, was a compassionately understanding, professional, and friendly experience. The manual wheelchair department has horrible service. Was a good place years ago. And the staff are rude and don't care about their customers at Eco. I've been leaving messages for the manual wheelchair department for over 6 months and they don't return phone calls. Tony was supposed to write off my wheelchair and he said he'd email the paperwork so I can give it to my OT...he did absolutely nothing and then changed departments.
