My wheelchair castor broke on a Friday afternoon. ECO Medical Equipment was VERY BUSY & not open on weekends. I needed to borrow a wheelchair, but their driver was already out delivering and picking up chairs. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't wait until the next week for the delivery of a new chair, but then they figured out an option. "We could send you a chair to loan by courier if you want?" I had no choice. Although my 1st experience with Eco medical was truthfully horrible, the manager contacted me, himself, and he went above and beyond what a manager should and would do. He fixed all the issues with every little problem. I am so grateful and amazed by the manager GREG CARLTON, how he went above and beyond my expectations in regards to helping me with my equipment, because without my powerchair I basically have no life. Great service. Prompt n courteous repair services
Really good experience. I had previously purchased a really nice walker there, and now needed an oxygen tank holder that wasn't an option for that brand. They were able to have their in house repair tech customize a different one we found to fit on Jim's walker. I tried it out and it works great!
I've had an annoying time for over 2 months trying to get my equipment repaired. Apparently, they just ordered parts 2 weeks ago. Super poor.
