I had problems with my motorized scooter, didn't know if I would make it home. Between, I believe her name was Corinne(?) and Shane and Shawn, they brought out and exchanged my scooter promptly on a long weekend when normally I would of had to wait until after the long weekend. So very grateful and such great service, regards a frantic woman.
The staff at Eco Medical in Edmonton did a terrific job helping me order my Q'Straint retractors and seatbelt extension. They were professional, helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Everthing arrived as expected, fit perfectly, and works very well.
They don't seem to know how to repair your power chair properly. I've had to return over and over to fix the same thing and still not get the right results. I don't trust them. I've had problems with my batteries being taken out and replaced with Old batteries ridiculous. Do not recommend enter
