Eco isn't paying anything out that they promised. They are currently in court battles over this. I lost a bunch of money also!!!
We have one panel that has never worked properly and Eco Management kept dismissing us. So, three years after, SREC Trade Inc is charging us because we aren’t producing the amt of energy expected. In the 3 years, we had a hail storm and the solar panels had to come off for a month for roof replacement. Combined with the panel THAT ECO MGT SUPPOSEDLY MONITORS and I’m convinced it’s all a scam.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are incompetent. They don’t get back to you, they leave you hanging for months, trying to get someone to do work is worst than pulling teeth and on top of everything else, my electric bill isn’t much cheaper than it was without solar. I regret ever getting this done. It’s so bad that I’m looking at going legal to get out of this mess. The manager I last spoke with never got back to me and when confronted, he was a smart ass about it. Very unprofessional. Run away if you can.
I cannot get anyone to take my phone calls. My solar is NOT working. It's like they got their money and RAN!!!
The install was a bit hard to watch at some points since they sent one guys that actually fell asleep on the roof, Josh was main installer and seemed good, but now less than 3 years later we are having a few issues with the inverter and they want to change us over $700 dollars to come and see whats going on with it and it has a 10 year warranty for all thats worth. As always anymore there really is no warranty since you have to pay so much to have someone fix whats wrong with the product they installed and swore by
