I had 2 Midea air conditioning units fitted a couple of years ago, I was so happy I had the rest of the house done. Excellent fast efficient friendly service.
Stay away from this company. They installed a unit in my house. The air conditioner is faulty. When asked to come and check, they were asking for money. The man we dealt with gave us big talks now he is completely vanished. Messaged him several times. Another guy is trying to completely dismissing us. Being very rude. I told him I had a heat attack but he just asked me to go to a new company to get it fixed. I have all the messages recorded. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Product and Rude Service I bought an air conditioning unit from Eco Maldon, expecting reliable performance and professional service. Unfortunately, the unit has not been cooling properly since installation. I’ve tried contacting their team multiple times, but every call has been frustrating the staff are dismissive, unhelpful, and at times outright rude.
