Do not use this business, unit met to be installed outside and isn’t covered by warranty if animals (ants) get inside and destroy the motherboard. No service people in the area. Got told to open the unit on my own and follow cables and check connections on my own while the unit was live! Due to their negligence. Wait three days to be told i can buy another unit for 1250$ plus gst… zero stars. I think don't be fooled by them, they ask you to take pictures of the distribution box, thinking they will install a separate electrical circuit. In fact, there is no need to install it like this at all. They connected the load to the original line, which increased the burden on the original power circuit. The owner of the house has stated that the load capacity is close to full, which will cause the use of other devices on this power circuit. We had a hot water service installed that is faulty. We called every day for 5 days to be told it has been logged with a technician to come and fix it. With no luck have we had anyone come in 5 days which has left us with no hot water. And a baby in the house that has had 2 open heart surgeries and waiting on a 3rd. It has now become an issue that it is leaking water into my home that I cannot stop, so water damage is now setting in to carpets and furniture. Bad and worse after service, wow, this company is number ranking. you'll be more than happy (depressed in real sense) to waste your money dealing with this company. I had a change over from Gas hot water to Pump hot water installed as part of Vic government roll out. The units have gone faulty and they're suppose to last for 5 years.
