This place is overpriced. You can't choose the water temperature like in other places, and there's no bin. Also it says to press the start button to start the machine but there's no start button there! Instructions could be clearer. There's also no sign as to which compartment is for the laundry detergent and which is for the softener.
Isn't open 24 hr s and not tesla washing machines . One took my money & didn't work.!?
Most expensive laundry mat in the North Melbourne, CBD and Flemington suburbs. No Tesla machines, Eco Laundry Room loyalty card cannot be used, no free drum clean on washers. A $7.5kg wash is $7.00 and a $13.5kg wash is $10.00 plus credit card surcharge. There is a 'heavy duty' wash cycle for 38 minutes, but it does not use hot water like it states on the Eco Laundry Room website. Great clean facility for drying however I have been informed by a few people not to leave my clothes due to theft. Haven’t experienced it myself but does seem silly the drying machines don’t lock while running and then unlock when the timer is finished. Would definitely make a lot of people feel safer to use the machines
Wonderful environment clean and tidy all the time. I have some problem with washer. I contact them immediately they respond via SMS and assign me another washer with new washing cycle. Lovely customer service. Thanks
