Had to re wash my whole linen closet as everything had sat and smelled musty. There are a lot of machines here ranging in sizes. They even have a loyalty program where you get discount washes during 10-2. Saving me so much $$$$ and time. If I had to do this at home it would take me multiple days. There was an issue with the pay machine but the owner came in and resolved it quickly and with a smile.. I will definitely be back to now wash my other doonas. Used one of the dryers today and once I figured out how to use cash at the kiosk by the door everything worked perfectly, machines were clean and there was staff cleaning while I was there as well. I chose 36 minutes for $6 and everything was bone dry, I probably could have done a shorter cycle even. I visited this laundromat today, but one of the dryers wasn't working and displayed a gas error message. I called customer service to report the issue, expecting some assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was rude. I felt like I was being treated as a nuisance. Equipment can fail from time to time, and I understand that. However, there is no excuse for poor customer service. I hope the management addresses both the machine maintenance and the way customers are treated.
