I was at Lyndhurst Ecolaundry today, and one of the washing machines had an error after I’d already loaded my clothes and washing powder. The machine wouldn’t start, and the door got stuck, so I couldn’t get my clothes out. I called the helpdesk, and the lady who answered was super quick to respond and helped me straight away. She was really efficient and provided excellent service! Thank you so much for the quick help and great customer service. Really appreciate it! 😊👏
The worst laundry 👎👎👎👎
Very disappointing experience. The laundromat was quite unhygienic, with dirty floors, unclean machines, and an overall unpleasant smell. It didn’t feel like the machines or the surrounding areas were being cleaned regularly. For a place where people are washing their clothes, I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness. Hopefully the owners take the feedback seriously and improve the cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
It wastes your time because the machine turns off, and when you come back to collect your clothes, they’re still wet. Happened to me 4-5 times.
