Very disappointing experience. The laundromat was quite unhygienic, with dirty floors, unclean machines, and an overall unpleasant smell. It didn’t feel like the machines or the surrounding areas were being cleaned regularly. For a place where people are washing their clothes, I would expect a much higher standard of cleanliness. Hopefully the owners take the feedback seriously and improve the cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
It wastes your time because the machine turns off, and when you come back to collect your clothes, they’re still wet. Happened to me 4-5 times.
Some dryers are not heating, and no one has put out of order notices. Paid for 30min, waited until it dries, and ended up having wet clothes. Bad service.
