Great machines, great customer service highly recommend for people that lives in Cranbourne east was helpful really close and your issue will resolved the guy in the call John he was legend helping us
Payed for 30 mins in the dryer. After 30 mins the clothes were still wet. Dryed again and then it shows error. Disgusting, I demand a refund
The worst laundromat!!!! I went today use my loyalty card with $28 for my washing which was only $5 and leaves me with $23 as I went to use my loyalty card again for the washer and it only showed up with $1.20 and i called them to check the footage and replace my money and she said something about policy and that it their machine that was faulty!! Dont come here they Steal money out of your loyalty cards !!! Don't bother calling them for help cause they won't do anything to help you at all.
Dryers dont dry washing completely even after 30 minutes. Owner left a note in my machine saying to be mindful of not leaving washing after its dry and set an alarm for when its done I was only 10 minutes late as i had to pick up my child. Additionally I was the only one using the dryers at the time so there was plenty of dryers available due to the nice weather.
