I went to this laundry to wash some clothes. I put some powder into the specified area, (main wash). The cycle was about 27 minutes. As the washing cycle over, I checked how it done. But the powder even didn’t go into the machine. As a result my clothes aren’t washed properly. I paid additional $ 12:00 to rewash my clothes, but no difference.
