Probably not your typical customer but of late have had to wash some larger items not able to be done at home.My first observation is laundamat is clean easy to use and payment process is easy,but have noticed not only at this laundry people leave their washing in large machines and don't return promptly to remove their washing so hold people up with no concern for others.Sign of the times I suppose no fault of the laundry owners.

1st time I went there great. 2nd time 3 washing machines out of order and had to wait for 10 minutes. Only 5-6 machines operated. People were walking out without doing there laundry.3rdtime al the machines were full and people waiting. 6 of the machines had finished 1 hour before I was told and no one there to transfer the washing to dryer. I left without doing my washing. Never again. Highly recommend do not use this laundry. We use this laundromat every week; always spotless, easy to pay (card or cash), loyalty card program is great value for money, and the owners are always quick and responsive if there’s an issue. They were also super neurodivergent accommodating and turned the music down when requested.
