If you have a tick that needs testing, I highly recommend Eco Laboratory. I emailed them on a day they were closed to ask about drop-off, and they responded right away (they do have a drop off slot when they are closed as long as the building is open). Their turnaround time was incredibly fast — I had my results by 3 p.m! The deer tick test cost only $85, and the results were conveniently emailed to me.
Very fast turnaround. Dropped off the specimen on Sunday morning, received results on Monday afternoon. Excellent service!
Eco Laboratories in Acton was so professional, kind and knowledgeable about the tick I brought in for testing and helped me begin to gain closure about the loss of my beloved dog. Finding a tick is no fun! We found an engorged tick on our dog who unfortunately due to a health issue, cannot be on tick preventative medication. I called our vet and they highly recommended ECO Laboratory to test the tick for peace of mind. I dropped off the tick in person and had a wonderfully convenient experience!
