I received a quote to insulate my attic, put baffles in joists spaces and weather stripping on my attic hatch. I was not home when they finished so when I got home I went up in my attic to check it out and the first thing I notice is that there is no weather stripping on my attic hatch which is clearly stated on my quote. I called them to inform them on this, they said that someone would come out within the week…. It’s been months now?? I shouldn’t have to keep tracking them down to finish their job!
