Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wore booties on his shoes which was nice.
Our 22 yr old water heater went out on a Sunday and we had a new tankless setup by Wednesday evening. Dustin provided a competitive quote vs 2 other companies and all of the work was completed by 1 team vs parsing out. Beyond price - Dustin was insightful with his initial assessment, able to proactively call out adjacent plumbing needs that other vendors missed.
Did a great fixing an issue that another company messed up. And when I asked how much to replace, was told it's not necessary, Very trustworthy company and did a great job fixing our leak.
The guys came quickly, had the best price and we got hot water again! :)
