We have an indoor propane fireplace which they helped clean out and get it working once before a few years back when they were called Climatize. Now the system's pilot light is on, but it will only come on and work properly when the glass is off indicating it is oxygen starved usually due to a blocked intake/exhaust vent, improper venting installation, or a failed air intake component (part of the venting system). Don't bother with this company. Twice today they no-showed without notice and didn't call back to offer a reschedule. I waited from 12-4pm for nothing.

We have used Eco a few times in the past years. They have always been very competent and efficient. Today they sent a team to replace a heat pump for us. Josh and Jordan did an awesome job despite it being a tougher job than expected because of our crappy preexisting wiring. They stayed late to ensure the job was completed and we could get our heat back on asap. They cleaned up everything too. Great job guys!

Wayne from Eco showed up yesterday for our regular maintenance. He is a great example of a good service tech. He called as he was leaving the previous job to tell me when he would arrive. He did a thorough job of addressing my concerns and thoroughly checking the system for the next season of operation. Before leaving, he made sure about our contract for continuing service. Wayne is a real pleasure to work with and we recommend him and Eco.
