I don't understand how you are even supposed to order anything from them when you can't even get a representative to answer the phone. I've called, emailed, and even filled our their online form. I've gotten absolutely no reply. I've even left a messaging for the woman in charge of marketing. If this wasn't the only place my insurance covered I wouldn't bother with them! Not worth the 1 star.
Wow! Eco Medical helped me get a breast pump and they are so incredibly helpful! Everyone I talked to was so kind and made the whole process a joy. I had encountered frustration with other companies and Eco Medical totally blew me away with how easy they made everything! THANK YOU!
I have been lucky enough to have been dealing with this company for over 7 years now. They are the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Ella and her employees are so helpful and take the time to answer any questions you may have and work hard to solve any problem you may have getting your orders. I only wish there were more companies like this!! If you have not dealt with this company and are looking for a company with super service and super people to do business with then go here. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!
