Our dryer got a thorough cleaning, with more lint being removed than we anticipated, even though we routinely clean the screen. One of their workers, let's say Brendan, also confirmed my hunch that the dryer belt needed changing, which got handled right away. My dryer vent had been left unattended for quite a long period, it was over three decades to be precise, and my new dryer was failing to function.
