After an accident left blood on a light carpet, I called Eco Green Cleaningup in Charleston for carpet cleaning help. Troy was calm, helpful, and reassuring on the phone, and another Troy arrived right on time. He treated the stained areas carefully, explained that some deep carpet stains can sometimes wick back up, and let me know to call if any spots returned. A small area did come back later, and Troy returned promptly to do another spot treatment. The carpet now looks clean again, and the results were impressive. What st... read more
i had these rugs cleaned and repaired before and recently used the service again for another round of rug care. troy and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and clearly knew a lot about rug cleaning, fibers, and repair work. they explained the wool and silk materials in my rugs, talked through the dye used in them, and gave honest advice about the safest cleaning method. i really appreciated that troy pointed out one rug should not be washed because the colors could bleed, which showed real experience and care. t... read more
Our home carpet really needed a deep carpet cleaning, and the results were amazing. I was not sure what to expect at first, but I was truly impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, helpful carpet care education, and the thorough cleaning service we received. They are the best whenever we need carpet cleaning or carpet repair in Charleston, and the service is always outstanding. We have relied on them for a long time, and they consistently do a great job. I cannot say enough good things about Troy. He shows up ready to work, focuses on the job, and gets the carpet looking its best. Recently, we asked about fixing and stretching carpet in one of our vacant units, and we were told it would probably need to be replaced because the seams would not come out right. Instead, we called f... read more
