Called Richard at about 8:30am and talked with him about cleaning my carpet. Extremely friendly and informative in answering my questions. He stated that he was available to do the cleaning job at that very moment and although it was an early morning unexpected call for him he arrived at my apartment in easily under an hour from Johnstown to Loveland. These guys are just amazing! . Carlos left my carpets super clean and drying time was excellent. They did not not over charge or try to up sale, I did get some extras like the Green guard plant based protectant similar to scotch guard. Look for the green Van you'll know good work it's about to be done !
