Great experience from start to finish. Norman was very helpful, worked around my schedule, and answered all of my questions. Mario did an excellent job with the insulation and the quality of work was top-notch. Karen followed up and made sure everything was completed and that I was satisfied. Highly recommend.
Eco Friends worked with my cousin who was a first-time homebuyer in Orange County, New York. Norman G. installed smoke detectors and evaluated the whole house and provided a plan to move forward for energy efficiency. It was more an impressive start. I was introduced to Eco Friends via the NYSERDA Empower+ program. I received my energy assessment and communicated some with the company's assessor as to what we wanted within our space (mostly insulation). After a few weeks I heard back from Eco Friends that NYSERDA had approved a version of our project after some back-and-forth.
