Ricky is the only plumber I trust. On Saturday, we had an emergency problem with the old water main from the street to the house, so DWP shut off the water. We tried an emergency service that claimed to be able to detect leaks and it took them three hours to figure out the problem, but couldn't be sure if the pipe running under the driveway was damaged. I really enjoyed working with Ricky, getting my appointment set up; and with Ray who quickly and expertly replaced my garbage disposal. He was very professional and pleasant, and spoke knowledgeably about how to extend the life of the disposal and pipes under the sink. Dealing with both of them was refreshing, and I will be using them again!
