Nice people . Are working on my friends Bernina sewing machine. Seemed very accurate.
Still waiting on my Bernina software classes that was promised to me when I updated from version 6 to version 8. I was promised that they would work with work schedule, but that’s not happened . Staff is usually friendly but promises are not carried through. Very disappointed 😢overall.

Thank you so much for bringing my poor old Pfaff back to life! It's smooth and even and a joy to use again. Cost for repair was more than reasonable for the results, and so quick, too! A HUGE thank you to all of the staff who so graciously accommodated my request for curbside service due to my health concerns. Five is not enough stars!
