I was talked to so poorly and was disrespected by the manager owner Aryan infront of my 3 year old daughter who was so scared I live close to this car wash and got a membership about 4 months ago. I pulled up with my baby girl and pulled out the scan barcode he scanned it then yelled at me And told me that I had to have it in the front of my window and that it was policy. After someone got sick in my car, I needed the entire front passenger section detailed. After I got it back, it still had a bit of a smell to it so I brought it back and the team was very willing to redo that section to make sure there was wasn’t a smell anymore! I really appreciated their willingness to redo the clean, and the manager even came in on his day off considering it was going to rain the next day so they may not have been able to do it when we had originally planned. I definitely will be taking my car here again!
