Today I came in for a car wash, and I was the very first car of the day. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of leaving with a clean vehicle, my car ended up muddied and scratched with a little paint coming off as well. I expected a simple, routine wash, but the quality and care were far below acceptable standards. I’m upset that I now have to deal with damage that wasn’t there before. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

We tried three times and two weeks prior to the next charge to cancel our membership on their website. Eco friendly auto spa went ahead and charged another $33. As I see in other reviews that a reason for the trouble in canceling a membership is a google glitch. If you have enough website glitches it’s time to fix them. Otherwise it is looking deceitful and like an excuse to take more money without getting the service. If you don’t have time to wipe down your dark painted vehicle the spot free rinse will leave white spots all over the body and windows. It must be the “spot free” product they use because this has not happened to me before in similar car wash venues. I’m surprised they haven’t figured this one out.
