Sebastian is the most unproffesional person. First he came one late, I had to call him. No courtesy to inform me. In one room his vacuum cleaner couldn't reach . He said he forgot bigger hose. Really, so unprofessional. House is only 1900 Sq feet . It was not big. So what he got ? For stairs I had to tell him twice to do it . He did thou, but not happily. He looked frustrated. Not happy with his job type. I wasted my 250 Dollars.
Sebastian at Eco-Fresh did a wonderful job with our carpets. Despite being dirtier than usual, he managed to get them looking almost new again! He also did this with a very low scent, as my family is sensitive to strong scents. And he was pleasant and super easy to work with. We will definitely hire Eco-Fresh the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
Sebastian was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time with all the equipment and did a fantastic job deep cleaning our couch and an area rug. Fair and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.
I got 2 rooms and , an area rug in my living room carpet cleaned, after one night I noticed my sleep has improved, the air feels very clear and fresh! Cost is excellent! I 100% recommend!!
