Very nice and caring people. Something we need more of these days.
Absolutely rude. Was told twice a different time for my appointment then what I was actually suppose to be there by the receptionists. Then when I asked to reschedule because they told me I wouldn’t be receiving care just a “plan” about how we would start care I was asked by the doctor if I could even show up to that on time. Maybe if your doctors and staff were on the same page it would be better but as for the rude doctor I don’t think there is help on that part.
Although this isn’t where my primary care physician sees patients, it is the most convenient place for me to be seen for urgent needs such as flu, sports physicals, to be tested for strep throat and such. They always get me in the same day and I rarely have to wait. The staff is friendly and Drs and PAs are helpful and knowledgeable!! Great place!
