Since I've shared my experience, I'd like to give a brief update. I go frequently and each time I arrive I'm greeted by friendly staff. My experience is typically positive, so I thought it'd be important to give kudos to the staff. The grounds are maintained well. Not as much glass, nails and other debris to penetrate my tires.
