I recently purchased 2 gifts for important clients that were to arriveprior to Christmas on the 23rd. I received a call AFTER the 25thwhen Christmas was over to let me know that the packages werenever sent out because they had closed for the holidays (I placed theorder 2 weeks prior to Christmas).
