I will always give credit for amazing customer service! Young lady, I believe her name was Rose?…well she was super friendly and answered all of my questions honestly which is hard to find these days. Most people just want your money. Rami helped rid my mothers home of pesky mice that have been coming in the winter time pretty much every year. With the extended rain this season, they were especially annoying.
