They DID NOT ask me to leave a review. This is a genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. My situation was they did an initial job and there was a miscommunication of the scope of the project. I mentioned it to an employee I was disappointed, the OWNER calls me and says, we are going to come out tomorrow and take care of it and next day they went ABOVE AND BEYOND.
