Wonderful people to work with. They are now our go to people, and we live on the east side of mountain
The people I spoke with were very nice and the gentleman who completed the work was efficient and friendly and I am happy with the results. However, I am docking 2 stars for the lack of transparency re. pricing. When I called, I was NOT told that their hourly fee would include travel time. Despite the actual work only taking 1/2 hour, I was billed for 2 hours ($265). However, this would mean my house was 45 minutes from their location (I checked directions and it was less than 30). They were easy to schedule and we have used them before. Both times we've been very pleased with their service, and we'll use them again.
They were polite, efficient, and professional. Did what they were asked to do and identified some issues that will be addressed soon. Worked well with the other trades I had on site that day, too.
