Scam! I am still in disbelief as I write this review. I called on Friday to make an appointment to clean my two couches and I was very clear that there was a couple stains and that they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and they needed a deep cleaning. I was told the cost would be $99, and I double checked with them if they had all the correct information and they said yes. I had a disappointing experience with Eco Dry Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. The technician arrived late and didn’t seem very professional. The cleaning itself was rushed, and several stains on my carpet were barely touched. My sofa also didn’t look much different after the service. To make things worse, the price ended up being higher than what was originally quoted. Overall, I felt like I wasted both time and money.
The service from this carpet and upholstery care company was very disappointing. They showed up late, worked in a rush, and the carpets still looked dirty after the cleaning. The stains were not removed properly, and the final bill was higher than what was promised. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.
I have had these guys clean my rug and now my giant rust velvet sofa and they did an amazing job job on both jobs. The sofa looks brand new after 5 yrs
