Richard did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and savings us thousands of dollars by not having to replace it. This is the third time I have used Eco-Dry. Each time they made my carpets look amazing. This time was for a move out clean. My carpets are old and had pet stains (throw up) and Eco-Dry was able to get the stains out or drastically minimize the stains. Richard was my cleaner today and he was wonderful. Communicative, upbeat, and explained the different services in a easy to understand manner. Worth every penny and a bargain at that.
Rich was great to work with! We received clear and constant communication from the time that we inquired until the job was finished. We had one sectional sofa, two carpeted rooms, and two large hardwood floors cleaned. The attention to detail and overall care that was taken to make sure that the job was done effectively was second to none. We are incredibly happy with the results of the services provided by Eco-Dry and would recommend them to anyone considering their services!
