Rich did an incredible job on our downstairs family room. We have berber carpet and it's expensive so I wanted someone who was really going to take their time and get it right. Rich did not disappoint. My floor looks beautiful and we could not be happier. I also want to mention that his pricing was very reasonable.
Reached out to Eco-Dry for a few free quotes with different quantity of rooms to be treated. The response was quick and was provided a fair price. Upon arrival, Richard was professional and explained the process from start to finish and addressed any concerns I had. After he got started, he didn't stop until the job was done. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does! 10/10 on quality/Communication/cost. Will be using Eco-Dry again in the future. (This Review is based out of Fallston MD)
I contacted EcoDry recently for carpet cleaning and on extremely short notice, Rich cleaned the carpets on a home my wife and had bought but had not yet moved into. He was professional, transparent and the carpets looked great afterwards. I would highly recommend his service.
