We initially contacted Eco Cool in 2013 because our AC was not working. Steve came out and said the unit needed to be replaced. It was 23yrs old. He came out a day later replaced the unit. All was well. Last night hot air was coming out of our vents. We called left a message, I would say maybe 5 minutes later received a return phone call from Steve. He offered to come out the SAME DAY! We were very impressed with the customer service that we received from Steve at Eco-Cool. He came out multiple times to work with our thermostat/heating unit and did not quit until the job was done right. It was a challenging job and we appreciated his timeliness, helpfulness, perseverance, and overall good attitude throughout the whole experience.

Excellent Service – This company is awesome. I was able to get service the same day, they had the part my air conditioner needed based on a conversation with the technician and was fixed in about one half hour., The customer service was awesome, they called to let me know when to expect them, they were early and I was extreamly greatful to have my air fixed. Prices were very reasonable. Not to mention, we even got advice on the type of air filters for our specific unit to ensure maximum air flow. Their service is highly reco... read more
