They are no longer in business. We had a system installed and the warranty is worthless due to the company leaving the state. So, be careful who you do business with.
I had solar installed by Eco Construction in August 2024 and it’s had problems since the beginning. The batteries were not installed properly according to Franklin, the battery manufacturer. When I reached out last week to Eco about fixing the issue since the system is under warranty, Jeanie Haar said Eco is going bankrupt. She claimed she is only an employee, and put blame on Gian, but Jeanie Haar is listed as CEO/President on BBB. Do not use this company! Nothing but issues which we have had to call them back for time and again due to the warranty. Now we have discovered there is a live wire that was never connected during their faulty installation. How did we discover it? It sparked! It could have started a fire in our home. I attach photos so you can see how they leave the wiring exposed and laying on the ground. We offered what we felt was a fair resolution. We are very pleased with our new solar system. Eco was great from beginning to end and after installation follow up. We had a whole-house system , back-up battery and EV charger installed. Gian was great and so was the entire scheduling, permitting staff, and installers. They did what they said they would do and at price we agreed upon. And my electric bill has gone to 0 in first month! I highly recommend Eco Construction & Energy.
