The service is good and the alterations are great.
I enjoy supporting small businesses, which is why I was excited to try Eco Cleaners for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After picking up my items, I noticed that nearly all of my clothing had been damaged. Some pieces, like my cashmere sweater, had visible holes, while a dress was shrunk by 1-2 sizes. Additionally, a $400 shirt got shredded and stained. While I understand that accidents can happen, l had hoped for better care and attention to detail. Have taken my professional wardrobe to Eco Cleaners for several years - the cleaning process does not leave a chemical smell on the clothing - just a fresh, clean smell. The staff are friendly and always remember my name. I drive out of my way to use this cleaners - fair prices and great service!
