Absolutely fantastic job! Ellie's came with a day's notice and turned my house from a pigsty into sparkling clean! They got spots other house cleaners haven't touched, and organized my clutter in a way that made sense and considerably lowered my level of stress and craziness. Can't thank them enough!

Perhaps the most unprofessional experience I'd ever had from a service in Lawrence. The cleaner came late and then proceeded to skimp on many areas, leaving stains on the kitchen sink, grease on the stove, dust and cobwebs in the corners of the living room, dust on the window sills. Their attitude was a bit brusque but I just wanted the job done. What was supposed to be a 3 hr clean was cut short at less than 2 hr. I had reserved and was invoiced afterward for a 3 hr clean. I cannot begin o tell you how great my weekend was after EcoClean Ellie’s did their first clean on Friday. I didn’t panic at the baseboards every time I walked i to a bathroom. The kitchen floor was perfect, everything was tidy and I got to focus my energy on the things I *wanted* to do. What a great mental health booster!
Worst cleaning service ever! I scheduled a two hour cleaning. The cleaner was in my master bathroom for an hour! When I prompted her to speed up she just walked around with a feather duster. I had to pay for another hour ($65 plus tax) so she could vacuum and mop. Her mopping consisted of spraying a mist towards the floor which didn’t reach the floor and then dry swiffering. Did not clean the floors! She said she wasn’t aware of her time limit as they never informed her. Never again will I hire this “company “!!!!
