it all started when my tenants noticed water on the floor behind toilet called a plumber and they said shower value was leaking, needed a restoration company to come in and clean up all the water, I called ERC restoration company they came in evaluated the damage, all the walls behind the shower were wet, tore out bathtub, floors, vanity, etc. Dried out the bathroom, laundry room and had it all back together in two weeks' time. since I had renters in there it was very important to get the damage repaired ASAP. My basement flooded due to a leak from the waterline to the refrigerator in our upstairs kitchen. In a panic, we google searched help with flood damage and ERC came up first. They responded quickly which was a huge relief. They did a great job quickly mitigating the damage - removing damaged carpet, drywall, insulation, and drying out the space for repair. We have been waiting seven months on these folks to get their act together. We've requested an estimate be sent to our insurance for some carpet to be replaced no less than 25 separate times, and it's still not done. We waited over two months for cabinets that they said had been ordered, and then found out they were never ordered in the first place. Avoid like the plague. They've got zero respect for your time or money.
